Q1: What is Al-Rashideen Army (RA)? Is it a political or military movement or both? When it was first founded? Who founded it?

Answer: Al-Rashideen Army is a military group resistant to occupation forces. It was founded few days after occupation of Baghdad . Its initial start was just small groups consisted of brave Iraqis of all sects and discipline including previous Iraqi Army. All these people pledged to fight occupation forces. They all raise the flag of Jihad for the sake of Almighty God to liberate their country.

Q2: What is the number of Al-Rashideen Army? What is its impact on the greatest Aim of Iraqi Resistant? Why it is must that Al-Rashideen Army must be recognized and respected by those who do not know it as an important power?

Answer: In General Armies are not evaluated by how much they count; they are rather evaluated by their effect on enemy. It is very well known that the fast infantry German forces which is very well known all over the world counts only 120 troops. The most important inspiring drive is the faith of the army as well as the absolute believes in the rightness of their case and the legitimacy of their objectives. Believing in God and depending on him because victory is from Allah and Allah alone. However, there are means and methods to increase the ability of the fighters like the training, best use of ammunition, increasing job numbers for every fighter and ability to have the initiative and fitness.

Al-Rashideen Army function all over Iraqi Land . Every Square feet of Iraqi land is the real place for Al-Rashideen Army . And for sure there must be presence for them every where and any where all over Iraq . That is for high flexibility they enjoy as well as immediate response they trained for. Each and every individual of Al-Rashideen Army stick firmly to combat rule and do respect all principals of Jihad. Of these principles and rules are of being Cautious not to hurt any innocent person and for that matter absolutely forbidden any type of punishment on the basis of allegation and accusation. Further more Al-Rashideen Army strongly believe and support the unity of all resistant groups and always to adapt quiet negotiation to solve any issue may develop among fighters. Commanders and directors are always with their troops in the battle field. Without losing order. The noble terms and conditions organizing this group of fighters make it the most respectful group.

Q3: What is the political program of Al-Rashideen Army after the end of occupation and peace is prevailing in Iraq ? What will Al-Rashideen Army do by then?

Answer: Al-Rashideen Army has a political program coincided completely with political frame work of Al-Jihad and Change front and political view of all other resistant groups. The program is focusing on the liberation of Iraq and contributes to build free independent country in which the law will be preserved and none has the power or Authority to challenge the law. All Iraqis are equal and there must be no one privileged over the other because of race, religion or sect. The treaty which was signed 14 hundreds year Ago between our prophet peace upon him from one side and Jewish and other groups from the other side in Al-Medina is the treaty that will inspiring us to build the state of freedom and justice.

Q4: Some people claim that RA is in fact part of Moslem brother hood party, others claimed it does belong to fundamentalist Radical (salfy) Moslem. What is your comment on these allegations or facts? These claims and allegation are totally baseless and they are old ones.

Answer: We depend on holly Qurain and prophet tradition and all applications, practices and methods of governing and rolling adapted by the companion and followers of the prophet. Sulfy is the connecting ring in the chain which can not be overlooked or ignored. Salfy in fact were successful to establish and put the term and conditions as well as the best understanding of sharia (Muslim Canon) in Real world. That is not to say that we do not make use of experiences of others to support our conductance.

Q5: who are the religious leader Al-Rashideen Army follow ? For instance what is you’re your stand toward Dr. Yousif Al-Qardawy?

Answer: Our case in Iraq is clear cut; we fight to defend our country in a holly war imposed upon us. Fighting against invaders is a must to each individual adult (men or women, single or married). Under this condition our case does not need religious leader to explain its compliances with sharie. However, we have a committee with each group of fighters to watch acts of each and every one of them. That is for insuring better implementation of Islamic Law. This committee is also administered the religion education and to secure that every fighter always fully aware of his religious practices.

Concerning our stand toward Dr. Al-Qaeda we do respect him as well as other religious leaders and clergymen. We for sure always maintain equal respect and trust to all.

Q6: was any relation between Al-Rashideen Army and Saddam government? Or with Al Baith Party? From Historical point of view and according to sharia law does Al-Rashideen Army consider Saddam as a criminal or as a Hero?

Answer: No we do not have any relationship with Saddam government and for that matter we do no have any relation with Al-Baith Party. Concerning Saddam him self now he is dead and at the hand of Allah the most merciful and it would not change this fact the way we look to him.

Q7: Where was Al-Rashideen Army during the days of occupation of Iraq ? Were they part of the fighters by then? Or joined the fight later?

Answer: We consider that the war had never come to an end as invaders claimed. It is rather continued over all these past 5 years? Invaders are not withdrawn yet; we are part of Iraqi people resist the occupation and we are dealing with the language he understands.

Q8: American Government claimed that they invading Iraq because Saddam had an ally with Al-Qaida? What is Al-Rashideen Army response to such accusation? Is it possible to present substantial evidence to defy such allegation?

Answer: Did the American Intelligence Agency (CIA) or other security offices confirm these allegations? The answer is no according to Director of CIA Declaration. The fact you know before all others.

Q9: From Al-Rashideen Army point of View what is the most important main Battle in the history of Iraqi Resistant? What are the main turning points of Iraqi Resistant? What is the importance of Alfalloja Battle in 2004?

Answer: We are an army has our own analysis for that period. We think that Iraqi resistant past through several stages. It started the first stage in formulation and capacity building. Then stage of fortification and putting the fighters against the invaders. Followed by stage of liberation fighting. We are now very close to the fourth and last stage. We prepare its need and conditions. Concerning the main battle we think that all our battles and military combat are import irrespective to its impact on the enemy. Simply because they represent the highest degree of planning and performing. They are the same because we are facing the strongest Army on Earth. Army equipped with all sophisticated intelligence, most powerful ammunition, and super technology. Therefore stand before such troops and cause them considerable loses means we are real brave and successful to handle excellent battle with excellent planning and organization.

Q10: Every body knows Abu-Omer Al-Baghdadi and Abu Hamza Al-Muhajer, is it possible you tell the Americans some thing about the leaders of Al-Mujahdeen? Or the famous leader in Iraq who are not member of Al-Qaida? Is it possible to you mentioning some thing about the most prominent Mujahed /s of Al-Rashideen Army? Or your ally through the history of resistant.

Answer: Through the entire history, have you ever seen that mujahdeen commanders are after a fame or name? Leaders of resistant in general are in a dynamic change and continuous formulation. No one single resistant group had a fixed leader. Leaders always change. Leader of various ranking are under continues change. All those who have been killed we said without any hesitation are real Heroic Mujahideen in the sake of Allah.

Q11:In the past Al-Rashideen Army claimed they had joined military operation with Islamic Army and with the front of Jihad and change(RJF), Do you still have relation with RJF Or INI?.

Answer: We are the main component of the RJF and we are with all groups. We think existing of numerous groups is a healthy situation ,as long as, we all have the same objective. One objective is enough to gather us all. Therefore we in the battle support effort of each other to inflect the highest loses against the enemy.

Q12: Many Americans don't want to stay any longer in Iraq . However, they are afraid that fast withdraw from Iraq may cause large sectarian conflict between sunie and sheet sects. Al-Qaida may return back. What do you think will happen between Al-Maliky and Al-Sadder? What you should say to such Americans?

Answer: Was Iraqis before the American invasion fighting each other for sectarian difference or for that matter was Iraq a Yard of fighting among its component? This is absolutely American cheap speculations keep telling it to legitimize their staying in Iraq ; also they want to fool American people to vote for longer stay of their troops in Iraq . I want to ask simple question to prove my point here that for a period of six months after occupation there was not even on police man in the street , cities or neighborhood to observe the order and law,. However, there was not even one single incident of sectarian conflict had been reported? Is not that clear evidence of the great coherence of the Iraqis and the sectarian conflict is just arise under the occupation. I believe if that had happen in any other country it will resulted in a real chaos. Therefore Americans need not to be worry of what will happen to Iraqis after their withdraw from Iraq . Law will prevail and master the life after the invasion. For sure those came with the invaders will not be able to stay in Iraq . They have to leave with their masters.

Q13: What is your place on the awake councils? Does Al-Rashideen Army participate at any level or at any rate in such a councils?

Answer: Awake councils are American made, designed and producing in Rand institutions and others. They are simple groups of local paid people fulfilling the order of American.

Q14: In a new Audio record one source from Abu Omer Al-Baghdadi offer reconciliation with other groups of Fighters, even those who hurt al Qaida group, what is the result of such invitation? Had Al-Rashideen Army received such invitation?

Answer: We have never heard of it and we do not credited any audio records, out intelligence rather does not recognized Audio records to take action or make decision.

Q15: Ayman Al-Dhawahry the second man in Al-Qaida in response to question mailed to him answered: Islamic state in Iraq is one step toward establishing Muslim Khlafa. It is (Al-Qaida) suppercedding all other jihad movements in Iraq , accordingly, other groups of Mujahdeen are obliged to acknowledge the suvernity of the Islamic state and not the reverse. Concerning suicide bomber attack the market and Moslem mosque, he answered that it is American propaganda And Saudi Media. From Al-Rashideen Army point of view do you think Al Dhawry is wrong or Right in his reconciliation and why?

Answer: there is a problem in Tibet of China , is it possible for me to prescribe the solutions for their problem? We are a people in this region for 6000 year BC. Ended with Islam and we are fully capable of rolling and mange our on affair we do not need others to tell us what to do.

Q16: When American want to hear voices of Iraqi resistant groups, who they should listen to?

Answer: I do not believe that Americans are willing to listen to Iraqi resistant groups. If they are serious about it then they need to know that Iraqi resistant is one and asks them to leave our country.

Q17: Does Al-Rashideen Army pay ant attention to US presidential election campaign? If yes do you have any comment to say? Are there any candidates you prefer?

Answer: We know that US is greatly institusionized country with firm management and high level of bureaucracy, accordingly US president doesn't have much freedom for personal decision. Policy and decision taking is hard to do. Strong lobbies who financed the election campaigning will have the advantage in directing the policy for their benefit. Under this situation do you think it is worthy to pay ant attention to that who wins the White house?

It is well known that policy in US like moving train never to let go out of the railway. President have no power to change direction, he is rather just the driver of the train.
