The believer jihad for Allah sake, is a patince fpr the ordeal and harm and resist the enemy, so it is in Allah blessing and deploy his laws.

And now we are watching the Mujahedeen in Al-Rashedeen Army getting the chance to attack their enemies, but after the chance comes, and more than once, to target their goal, they delay or cancel the operation as they think it is a risk for innocent people, so they pay attention eventhough the difficulties of preparations and they pray to Allah from preventing them from the blood of innocent people.
